Shipping
I currently only offer shipping within the United States via UPS or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated by weight, before checkout. Your order will be sent within 2-4 business days. If for some reason there is a longer delay for processing your order, I will contact you by email. When the order is shipped, a fulfillment email will be sent with tracking number.
I also offer free deliveries in the Chicago area as well as studio pick-up for local orders.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of USPS. If your order happens to arrive damaged, please contact me within 2 business days with a photo of the package and you will receive a refund for the broken piece or another will be shipped out as soon as it’s available.
Purchase Policies
You are purchasing a one-of-a-kind handmade ceramic piece therefore, subtle variation in size and color is to be expected from order to order. Color and size are photographed to be as accurate as possible but may appear slightly different from screen to screen. For more common FAQs, click here.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, I will gladly issue a refund, in the form of store credit, upon the return of your item/s. Customers are responsible for insuring returns are shipped back — including the shipping costs of the return. Once the item is received, I will issue store credit for the full amount of your purchase, minus the original shipping costs. I can not issue a refund or store credit until an item is physically back in the studio and I have inspected it to ensure it is in its original condition and not damaged. I am not responsible
For lost packages, or packages that are mistakenly marked as delivered by carriers. To initiate a return for store credit, please email info@archerceramics.com.
